Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the 19phsky platform. By accessing or using any part of 19phsky, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use 19phsky. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
Each player is permitted to hold only one 19phsky account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
All bonuses and promotions at 19phsky are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonus terms are published clearly on each promotion page. Abuse of bonus offers may result in account review.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 19phsky login credentials. 19phsky will never ask for your password. Report any unauthorized access to your account immediately.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 19phsky ("19phsky," "we," "us," "our"). By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager on 19phsky, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the 19phsky platform.
1.1 These Terms govern your access to and use of the 19phsky website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform in any manner, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
1.2 19phsky reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.
1.3 These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account and use the 19phsky Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older.
3.2 Jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the 19phsky Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 19phsky does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is legal in your location.
3.3 Capacity. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been self-excluded from gambling platforms or who are subject to a court order restricting gambling activity are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
3.4 Verification. 19phsky reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.
4.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 19phsky Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 19phsky reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 19phsky login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 19phsky immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. 19phsky will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.4 Account Transfer. Your 19phsky account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate termination of the account.
19phsky is required to conduct KYC verification in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 19phsky accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the cashier page.
5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are generally credited to your 19phsky account balance instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days to process depending on the sending institution.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. 19phsky reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Same Payment Method Policy. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering regulations.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the 19phsky Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 19phsky is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 19phsky reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 19phsky are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published on each individual promotion page and form part of these Terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering requirement is stated on each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period, after which any remaining bonus balance will be forfeited.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 19phsky reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or winnings derived from bonus funds if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other players.
6.4 "Welcome Bonus" means the first-deposit bonus offered to newly registered 19phsky players. The Welcome Bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. 19phsky reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Welcome Bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 19phsky Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All RNG-based games on the 19phsky Platform use certified random number generators that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.
7.3 Live Casino. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in professional studio environments. All live dealer games are subject to the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the round may be voided and stakes returned to players.
7.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets are governed by 19phsky's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Sports Betting Rules, the Sports Betting Rules shall prevail with respect to sports betting matters.
7.5 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault, 19phsky reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to players. 19phsky shall not be liable for any losses arising from game malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
8.1 You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the 19phsky Platform:
8.2 19phsky reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void any wagers and forfeit any balances associated with such conduct. 19phsky may also report such activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9.1 19phsky is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of thirty (30) days, ninety (90) days, six (6) months, one (1) year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to access your account or receive promotional communications from 19phsky.
9.3 Age Verification. 19phsky takes its obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously. We conduct age verification checks on all accounts and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all funds returned.

10.1 All content on the 19phsky Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and design elements, is the property of 19phsky or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 19phsky.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 19phsky shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 19phsky's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 19phsky account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 19phsky does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.1 19phsky reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
12.2 You may close your 19phsky account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.3 19phsky reserves the right to withhold funds from a closed or suspended account pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
13.1 Your use of the 19phsky Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 19phsky collects and processes personal data in compliance with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
14.1 19phsky reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, 19phsky will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification.
14.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the 19phsky Platform shall first be submitted to 19phsky's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
15.3 19phsky operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations. Complaints relating to the fairness of games or regulatory compliance may also be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
