2.1 For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 19phsky is the personal information controller in respect of the personal data collected through the 19phsky platform. This means that 19phsky determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data.
2.2 19phsky has appointed a Data Protection Officer ("DPO") who is responsible for overseeing compliance with this Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Contact details for the DPO are provided in Section 14 of this Policy.
3.1 Registration Data. When you create a 19phsky account, we collect information including your full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, residential address, and preferred currency. 8.4 Where data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, 19phsky will securely delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention schedule.

If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.
11.2 If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal data to 19phsky, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 14 so that we can take appropriate action.
12.1 19phsky primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or partners located outside the Philippines, 19phsky will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC regulations.
12.2 Such safeguards may include contractual clauses approved by the NPC, binding corporate rules, or transfers to countries that have been determined to provide an adequate level of data protection. By using the 19phsky platform, you consent to such transfers where necessary for the provision of our services.
